Once a year I get one of those Underwater Cameras and let the kids go crazy at a pool. It's usually at Sandcastle since it's our "pool of choice" in the summer. This year I got the camera, headed to Sandcastle and decided.... the water was too cold.
I sucked it up a little and WALKED into the water. BUT, I refused to go under. (This was last week... and they had just changed out the water in the kiddie pools (3 feet deep) so all the water was COOOOOOLD!)
I tell you all this because what ended up happening was 'hoping and finger-crossing' that the pictures would "come out" and that our children would be in them. Case in point- see Brenden's "underwater" pictures- I put my hand under there and when he went down- I snapped the photo. I HOPED he was in it!!!
We picked up the pictures today and to my AMAZEMENT... there were some CUTE pictures among them. WOOOO-HOOOOOO!
And so here are a few.(Ok fine... here are a TON!) Included are a few pics from moments before I dropped the camera off to be developed. I snapped them with K-girl and Paul.
